Refund Policy

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
New hosting, VPS, and cloud orders are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of first payment. If you are unsatisfied, open a billing ticket and we will process a full refund of the hosting fees.
2. Refund Currency
All refunds are issued in Egyptian pounds (ج.م / EGP), the currency of original payment. No currency conversion fees apply. Refund amounts are calculated from the EGP invoice total and returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Domain registration, renewal and transfer fees (owned by the registry).
- Setup fees and one-time migration charges.
- Optional third-party licenses purchased on your behalf.
- Accounts terminated for Acceptable Use Policy violations.
4. Refund Process
- Open a billing ticket via the Support Center within 30 days.
- Our billing team reviews the EGP invoice and confirms eligibility.
- Refund issued to your original payment method in ج.م.
- You receive a credit note in EGP for your records.
