Terms of Service

1. Service Usage

By purchasing AkaaFun services you agree to use them lawfully. Services include web hosting, domain registration, VPS and cloud solutions. We reserve the right to modify service features with 30 days' notice via email or dashboard notification.

2. Billing Policy

  • All prices are denominated and billed exclusively in Egyptian pounds (ج.م / EGP).
  • Invoices are issued in EGP and due within 7 days of issue.
  • Services auto-renew at the renewal price listed in ج.م unless cancelled beforehand.
  • Currency displayed is always EGP on desktop and mobile interfaces; no FX conversion is applied.
  • Payment gateways process transactions in Egyptian pounds wherever supported.

3. Taxes, Invoices & Renewals

Displayed prices include applicable VAT as required by Egyptian tax law. Tax-compliant invoices in EGP (ج.م) are auto-generated and downloadable from your dashboard. Renewal reminders are sent 14 and 3 days before the billing date. Overdue accounts may be suspended after 7 days and terminated after 30 days, with data deletion 30 days after termination.

4. Refund Policy

A 30-day money-back guarantee applies to new hosting orders. Refunds are issued to the original payment method in EGP. Domain registration fees, setup fees, and third-party license fees (e.g., cPanel add-ons, SSL certificates beyond the free tier) are non-refundable. See our Refund Policy page for full details.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

  • No spam, phishing, malware distribution, or botnet activity.
  • No illegal content under Egyptian or international law.
  • No copyright infringement or abuse of shared resources.
  • Crypto mining is permitted only on VPS plans with consent.

6. Account Suspension Terms

Accounts may be suspended for non-payment, AUP violations, or security threats. Repeated violations may result in permanent termination without refund. During suspension, data is retained for 15 days in EGP-valued plans and may be restored upon settlement of outstanding ج.م balances.
