When you register for AkaaFun services, we collect your full name, email address, phone number, and billing address. For domains, publicly required contact data may be submitted to registries (unless protected by free WHOIS privacy). Server logs record IP addresses for security and abuse prevention.

2. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and dashboards, analytics cookies to improve our services, and preference cookies for interface settings. You may disable non-essential cookies in your browser at any time.

3. Payment & Billing Information

All transactions are processed in Egyptian pounds (EGP / ج.م). We use PCI-DSS compliant Egyptian payment gateways; full card numbers never touch our servers. Invoices, receipts and refund records are generated in EGP and stored for tax compliance.

4. Security Practices

• TLS 1.3 encryption for all data in transit; AES-256 for data at rest.
• Imunify360 malware scanning and Web Application Firewall.
• Two-factor authentication (2FA) and role-based access control.
• Daily automated backups stored in an isolated recovery network.

5. GDPR Compliance

You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time. Contact our Data Protection Officer at dpo@akaafun.com. We honor data-subject requests within 30 days in accordance with the GDPR.

6. Third-Party Services

We share the minimum necessary data with domain registries, our registrar chain, payment processors (for EGP transactions), email delivery providers, and analytics tools. We never sell user data to anyone.
